GENERAL INFORMATION

REGISTRATION OF NEW STUDENTS
Students are being registered on a daily basis.  The following items are required during the registration period:

1.    A completed application form
2.    A recent passport sized photo
3.    A copy of the applicant’s immunization record along with a completed medical report
4.    A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate and NIB card
5.    Registration fee of $20.00 (Non-refundable)

 

*IMMUNIZATION CARDS
Bahamian law requires that all children be immunized and registered by the National Insurance Board (NIB), parents are asked to bring a copy of the child's immunization card along with their NIB card and the medical form at the time of registration.

DRESS CODE
School uniforms are to be worn Monday through Thursday.  Students are permitted to wear their P.E. uniforms on Fridays. During special school activities, teachers will advise parents about the dress code.

INSURANCE
It is mandatory that all students take out a yearly insurance in the event of school accidents or mishaps.  During the time of registration and upon approval, an insurance card will be issued. This card gives the student coverage at various health care facilities.   

 

CLASSROOM SUPPLIES

The following supplies are required for each term. 
    * Nap Mat & Towel              * #2 pencils and pencil case 
    * Wipes                             * Crayola crayon (jumbo)
    * Kleenex Tissue                * Paint
    * Personal Hand Sanitizer   * Glue
    * Folders (3)                      * Scissors

DAY CARE SUPPLIES
The following items are required for children in the Daycare facility:
    *Extra change of clothing
    *Extra pampers or pull-ups and underwear
    *Large towel and sleeping mat

    *Small bath towel
    *Bath soap

    *Wipes
 

TEXT BOOKS

Text Books are a very important part of the learning process and must be purchased within the first few weeks of the first semester.

BREAKFAST/LUNCH PROGRAM
Breakfast and lunch are optional and may be purchased from the school at a cost of $2.00 each.  However, students are allowed to bring lunch/breakfast from home.
