About our Payment Schedule

Tuition payments should be paid on or before the first Monday of each month.  The office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m, Monday through Friday.   A Late payment fee will be added to the monthly tuition should fees not be paid in a timely fashion. There is no refund of tuition for holidays, illness, and absences, or if the student is removed from the school.

Child Pick Up

Your child's security and safety are very important to us. Only persons whose names are listed on the registration form will be allowed to pick-up a child. The school must be advised in advance, if you desire for your child to be collected by someone else.

ILLNESS
For the well-being of your child and others in the school, children who are sick will not be allowed to attend school. When the child is well enough to participate in normal school activities, he/she may return.  If a child becomes sick while at school, parents will be notified to collect him/her.

INCLEMENT WEATHER  
In the event of a hurricane or a natural disaster, school will be closed. Please take note of announcements issued by the Ministry of Education relating to school closures, as Excel Academy will in most cases adhere to national guidelines.
